INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE (short)
- The transmitter (grey) can be switched on and off by holding the grey button at the top of the device (next to the LED) for 2 seconds. The channels on the transmitter can be changed using the + and – buttons.
- The channels will be locked five seconds after switching the transmitter on (padlock symbol in the top left corner of the display screen). To unlock them hold both the + and – buttons at the same time.
- In order to keep things simple it is recommended to change channels within the range 1-4. On the left side of the display screen underneath the padlock symbol there should be a small number 1 and the large number (from 1 to 4) on the right side of the screen next to the battery level indicator can be changed.
- The microphone jack is plugged into the top of the device in the hole with the microphone symbol.
- The receiver (black) has an on/off slide switch at the top of the device. The channels can be changed in the range 1-4 using the slide switch on the left of the device (numbers 1,2,3,4 under the CH symbol).
- To switch to the remaining 12 channels please use the switch knob situated under the battery. To select a chosen channel use the combination of selection from the main side switch and the hidden switch. I.e. for channel 5 move the hidden switch to position 2 and the side switch to position 1; for channel 16 move the hidden switch to position 4 and the side switch to position 4.
- The volume can be changed by holding the + or – buttons.
- The earphone jack is inserted at the top of the device in the hole with the earphones symbol.
ATTENTION
Never use more than one transmitter on the same channel at the same time, i.e. when there are 2 groups in the same place if one transmitter is on channel 1 (small 1 on the left of the screen and large 1 on the right, receivers also on channel 1), then the second transmitter should be for example on channel 3 (small 1 on the left of the screen and large 3 on the right of the screen, receivers also on channel 3).
In the case that the receiver is not working (no sound coming through the earphones) you should check that:
- the receiver is on the same channel as the transmitter,
- the headphone jack is fully inserted in the receiver,
- the battery is correctly inserted.
If the transmitter is switched off then the receivers will also switch off after 20 minutes (to prevent the receiver battery running out when users forget to switch them off). Twenty seconds after the earphones are unplugged the receiver switches to standby mode to limit battery consumption.
