General principles of operation


Pairing devices

  • Press and hold „-” and the power buttons on the transmitter at the same time to start. 
  • Use „+” and „-” to select the channel and confirm by pressing the power button.
  • Next, turn on the receivers one by one to receive the pairing signal from the transmitter. Press and hold the power button on the receiver for 1 second.
  • After all receivers are paired, complete the process by pressing the power button on the transmitter.

Starting devices without pairing

  • Press and hold the power button on your device for 1 second to turn it on.

Manual channel change

  • Press and hold „+” and „-” simultaneously and wait until the symbol disappears from the display . 
  • Next, use     „+” and „-” to select the channel and confirm by pressing the power button.

Muting the transmitter microphone 

  • Briefly press the power button. The LED on the transmitter will flash.

Microphone volume control in the transmitter

  • Press and hold „+” for 2 seconds. Next, change the volume (U1 ~ U5) with „+” or „-” and confirm by pressing the power button.

Adjusting the receiver earpiece volume 

  • Briefly press „+” or „-” to change the earpiece volume.

Note: Listening at high volume levels for long periods can damage hearing.

Turning off devices

  • Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.

Saving energy in receivers

  • The receivers will turn off automatically after 20 minutes if they do not receive a signal from the transmitter.

Advanced Features

The functions listed below are only available when enabled in the device options. See the section below – Device Settings.

Remote channel change in receivers

  • Press and hold „+” and „-” on the transmitter at the same time.
  • The transmitter starts scanning the frequency for an interference-free channel, which can be seen on the transmitter and receiver displays. 
  • After a while, the channel will change to the new one on all devices.

Remote shutdown of receivers

  • Turning off the transmitter will immediately turn off all receivers on the same channel.

Handset in Hearing Aid Compatible mode

  • For HAC users, this headphone jack option can be set as preferred.

Device settings


To enter the device settings panel, press and hold „+” and the power buttons at the same time to start. Next, use „+” and „-” to select a specific setting and confirm with the power button. After selecting the settings, the device will automatically turn on.

Transmitter

  • Signal output strength (Po): Hi / Lo

The signal strength can be set to “Hi” to increase it.

  • Remote channel change in receivers (Sc): On / OF

When set to “On”, it will automatically search for an interference-free channel and remotely change the channel on all group devices.

  • Remote shutdown of receivers (SF): On / OF

When set to “On”, the receivers will immediately turn off when the transmitter is turned off.

Receiver

  • Automatic shutdown (AF): On / OF

When set to “On”, the receiver will automatically turn off after 20 minutes if it does not receive a signal from the transmitter.

  • Headphone output (Eo): Hi / Lo

When set to “Hi”, the headphone jack is in Hearing Aid Compatible mode.

Restore default settings

  • Press and hold „+”, „-” and the power buttons simultaneously to start the device.
  • The display will show the C software symbol with a number, and after a while, standard information (channel number, battery status) will appear.

Charging


USB-C socket

  • Alternative device charging via the USB-C port is allowed. 

Note: You can use the device while it is charging via the USB-C port. 

Charging sockets

  • When the device is placed in a dedicated bulk charger (C12, C24), the built-in battery is charged via the charging contacts.
